Since 2020

Mericue was founded by two hefty, thick-blooded Americans in December of 2021. As their body types indicate, Josh and Neil are passionate about food. Mericue was rated the best BBQ in the St Louis area according to the homeless guy they donate all the leftovers to. Mericue has been a fixture in Madison County for the past two years. It will continue well into the future… Or at least until the partnership inevitably implodes in a messy separation over “creative differences,” whichever comes first.

Great Food!

I finally got to partake in this local food truck. I had the Lou Dog with a side of cowboy beans and it was amazing. My kids are a little picky so I got them regular hotdogs, but they absolutely loved them said they were the best tasting hotdogs ever and asked why mine don’t taste that good. Highly recommend Mericue Food Truck and Catering.
